MYXpats Centre remains committed to ensuring the safety of its employees and public stakeholders. In light of the recent increase of COVID-19 cases in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur, and Putrajaya, we wish to inform that MYXpats Centre will adhere to the latest update issued by the Government of Malaysia on 21 October 2020.
Further to this latest update,
all counter services in Expatriate Services Division (ESD) at Putrajaya and MYXpats Centre at Mutiara Damansara will be temporarily
CLOSED effective from 22 October 2020 until further notice.
ESD/RP-T/REP ONLINE APPLICATIONS
All application processes will operate as usual through the online systems. However, there will be some delays with the process.
APPOINTMENTS VIA MYHELP - ESD/RP-T ONLINE
For any appointments made through MYHelp via ESD online that have been approved and confirmed for the period between
14 October 2020 to 27 October 2020, the appointments are required to be rescheduled via MYHelp.

All appointments will be held
ONLINE with no physical/in-person appointments until further notice.
